Know what you actually have.
Before you raise on it, hire around it, or go to market โ get a definitive verdict from someone with no stake in the outcome.
Request Your Audit โWhat's included
Security
Can someone break in? Auth flows, data exposure, injection vulnerabilities, and permission boundaries โ all checked.
Data Safety
Is your users' data protected? Row-level access, input validation, and sensitive field exposure reviewed.
Crash Resilience
Will your app recover when something breaks? Error handling, failed payments, expired sessions, and network drops.
Cost Safety
Are you protected from surprise charges? Runaway API calls, unindexed queries, and storage patterns that quietly balloon.
Maintainability
Can you โ or a developer โ update this later? Hard-coded config, outdated dependencies, and tangled logic flagged.
Observability
Can you see what's happening? Logging, error tracking, and alerting reviewed โ so you're not flying blind when something goes wrong.
Scalability
Can it handle more users? The structural decisions baked in early โ database limits, connection ceilings, and architecture that works at 10 but breaks at 10,000.
Performance Profile
Is it fast right now? Slow queries, heavy pages, and missing caches that users feel on every click โ before you have a scaling problem, you often have a speed problem.
Growth Guidance
Your Captain's honest read on where this app goes next โ what to tackle before your next milestone, what will need a real developer, and what can wait.
The Launch Captain difference
When you ask your contractor if their own work is solid, you already know the answer. They built it โ they're not going to tell you it's broken.
A Launch Captain has no stake in what was built. No defensive posture. Their only job is to tell you the truth โ and their name is on the report.
Think of it like a home inspection. When you buy a house, you don't ask the seller's agent if it's structurally sound. You hire an inspector with nothing to protect. Launchwright is the home inspection for your codebase.

Talk to a Captain โFAQ
Do I need to share my code?
Yes. We need read access to your repository to perform the audit. All code is covered by NDA before your Captain begins work โ nothing is accessed until that is in place.
How do you protect my IP?
Every Captain signs an NDA and non-compete before seeing any customer code. Captains review your code through our secure interface โ there is no download option. Your code is never shared, published, or retained after the audit closes.
Does AI actually read my code? Is that safe?
Yes โ and we think being upfront about this matters. Your Captain uses Claude by Anthropic to assist with the analysis. Think of it this way: the Captain navigates, Claude rows the boat. The Captain decides what to look for, interprets what comes back, and writes every finding. Claude handles the heavy scanning. On the data side: Anthropic's API does not store your code or use it to train AI models. Your code passes through Claude transiently during analysis and is not retained. You can read Anthropic's data usage policy at anthropic.com.
What if I don't understand the findings?
Every finding is written in plain English โ no jargon, no assuming you know what a SQL injection is. Full Infrastructure audits also include a 30-minute live call with your Captain and an async Q&A window so you can ask follow-up questions.
What AI tools do you support?
All of them. We are tool-agnostic โ Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or any combination. The audit covers what the code does, not how it was generated.
What if my app needs a lot of work?
We will tell you honestly โ that is the whole point. You will never get a watered-down report to protect anyone's feelings. If the scope is unusually large, your Captain will flag it upfront before work begins.
